Built on a shared passion for sustainability and craft, our brand aims to offer stylish, eco-friendly stationery, gifts and craft materials to those who are looking for unique, inspiring shop- ping experience. Whilst showcasing local talent throughout their product portfolio, out client is eager to spread the art and joy of making to the local community, by offering workshops and demonstrations to those who want to experience something new or develop an existing interest.
Our client requires an original, exciting brand identity for their business, across print, online and physical spaces. Their target audience is primarily 18-38 year olds, so keeping the brans contemporary and vibrant was really important, whilst also depicting their creative nature.
This was a group project where we worked in a team of 4 on a brief to create an identity for a stationery brand. Our client was keen for us to produce something unique and distinctive, to set them apart from other mainstream brands, but sophisticated enough to align with the positioning of a more established brand.
We wanted to make sure we branded the company in an innovative way and break away from conventions to emphasise the quirky, design lead aspect of the brand. By illustrating the key aspects of the brand through a more abstract, contemporary style, we want to promote its playful nature and hopefully appeal to the younger demographic. We believe that sustainability is an important part of our brand, such as the materials we use, which have been solely focused on sustainability and have been shown through the packaging. We want the brand to feel like an experience Which as well is why we have thought about the materials we use for packaging so that we apply to all the senses through the process of picking the package up all the way to the moment you open it.
